The TRT5000 is a fully automated system that converts standard shipping containers into mobile decontamination units, enabling efficient CBRNE decontamination of hard goods such as armaments, helmets, and other equipment. It utilizes thick foam, ensuring prolonged contact with surfaces for the decontamination of extremely hazardous substances, including biological and chemical warfare agents (BWAs & CWAs), toxic industrial chemicals (TICs), nonconventional toxic agents (NTAs), as well as radiological and nuclear particles clean-up. The entire system fits onto one standard shipping pallet. Is is easily installed and quickly deployed. The system is managed and operated via an HMI touchscreen control panel from outside the container.
Easy To Setup & Quick To Deploy
Two metal enclosures are mounted on the side of the container. They house the chemical supplies, pumps, valves, and electrical controls for the system. Piping enters above the enclosures. Two dry mist emitters and four foam emitters are positioned linearly along the ceiling. The system allows both dry mist and foam decontamination treatments. Its compatibility with NeoSan SYSTEM CBRNE makes it one of the most powerful and effective mobile contamination units.
